Art. 96. Si la resolución que recayere no se apelare en el acto de la notificación, ó dentro de veinticuatro horas, se llevará á efecto; pero si se apelare, concedido el recurso se remitirá la actuación á la Prefectura con citación personal de las partes, si concurrieren dentro de las veinticuatro horas, ó por edicto, caso de no concurrir en el término fijado.
