ARTICULO 107 . NOTIFICACION PERSONAL. La calificación de servicios deberá ser notificada personalmente al empleado, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su realización. Si no estuviere de acuerdo con ella, tendrá derecho a interponer los recursos en los términos y condiciones consagradas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
