Art. 26. Los actos, documentos ó diligencias de que hablan los incisos 1º, 2º, 10 y 19 de artículo 5º y los 2º y 4º del artículo 22, cuya cantidad exceda de cinco mil pesos ó de cinco mil hectáreas de tierras baldías llevarán una estampilla más de 3ª clase por cada cinco mil pesos ó cinco mil hectáreas de exceso, ó por un excedente que no alcance á dicha suma, é irán extendidos en el papel sellado que les corresponda.
