ARTICULO 4o. Empleado público. Denominase empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, la persona natural a quien legalmente se le nombre para desempeñar un cargo previsto en las respectivas plantas de personal del Ministerio de Defensa, de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional y tome posesión del mismo, sea cual fuere la remuneración que le corresponda.
