De las licencias. Un empleado se encuentra en licencia cuando transitoriamente se separa del ejercicio de su cargo, por solicitud propia, por enfermedad o por maternidad. Las licencias se concederán mediante providencia de personal firmada por el funcionario autorizado para concederla.
