El que para obtener los documentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se atribuya nombre, apellido o calidad falsos, o con su testimonio concurra a que se obtengan o entreguen dichos documentos en desacuerdo con la realidad, incurrirá en arresto de un mes a un año y multa de diez a quinientos pesos.
