Créase en el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública una Sección que se llamará Sección de Educación Física Nacional , que tendrá un Jefe, un Secretario y un Escribiente. El Jefe será el técnico nombrado por el Ejecutivo. El Secretario y el Escribiente serán nombrados por el Ejecutivo y devengarán como sueldo mensual la suma de ciento cincuenta pesos ( $ 150) y ochenta pesos ( $ 80), respectivamente.
