SUSPENSION DISCIPLINARIA PROVISIONAL. El superior con facultades disciplinarias podrá solicitar al Ministro de Defensa Nacional o a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, la suspensión sin derecho a sueldo, hasta por sesenta (60) días, de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean investigados por mala conducta, hasta tanto se adelante y falle la respectiva investigación.

Parágrafo

Si el Oficial o Suboficial suspendido resulta responsable de la falta, el retiro se producirá con la fecha de la suspensión. Si resultaré absuelto se levantará la suspensión y se le cancelarán los haberes correspondientes. CAPITULO II DEL RETIRO.
