Viabilidad y seguimiento. La viabilidad técnica y financiera de los proyectos estará a cargo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Para poder acceder a la línea de redescuento creada por el presente Capítulo, las instituciones de educación superior deberán presentar un proyecto, de acuerdo con la guía que para tal efecto expida el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional establecerá los mecanismos que permitan realizar el seguimiento a los proyectos financiados con la línea de redescuento con tasa compensada.
