º No obstante lo dispuesto en los artículos 332, 333, 334 y 423 del Decreto 2427 de 1956, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, cuando lo estime conveniente y sea técnicamente factible, podrá autorizar el aumento de potencia de una radioemisora más allá de los límites establecidos por las citadas disposiciones. La autorización que en tales condiciones se otorgue, no implicará cambio de clase de la respectiva estación.
