Desde la promulgación de la presente Ley asígnase a los Municipios de Nemocón y Sesquilé una participación de los dos y medio por ciento (2½ por 100) en el producto líquido de sus Salinas, la cual participación se distribuirá así: uno por ciento (1 por 100) para las rentas municipales; uno por ciento (1 por 100) para la iglesia, y medio por ciento (½ por 100) para la beneficencia.
