Toda persona protegida por la Iegislación de fin País Miembro sobre riesgos profesionales; que sufra un accidente de trabajo o una enfermedad profesional en territorio de otro País Miembros, percibirá las prestaciones en servicio y en especie que correspondan, suministradas por la institución del lugar de residencia o estada. Serán aplicables las disposiciones de los artículos 9º, 10 y 11, de este instrumento.
