La mercancía importada según las disposiciones de éste capítulo, será declarada en un manifiesto de aduana, y conforme a los reglamentos que dicte la Junta General de Aduanas, se tomarán las providencias conducentes a su identificación y control cuando sea presentada para su reexportación, así como a la cancelación o al cobro de los derechos sino fuere reexportada.
