º Aclarar el segundo inciso del artículo 2º del Decreto 397 de 1994, en el sentido de que entre los días 7 y 11 de marzo del presente año únicamente podrán celebrarse reuniones políticas en recintos cerrados; El día 12 de marzo y el día 13 del mismo mes mientras tiene lugar el acto electoral, prohíbase toda clase de manifestaciones.
