Artículo único. De conformidad con el artículo 1.° de la Ley 8.ª de 1888, los Secretarios de los Consejos municipales, á que dicho artículo se refiere, podrán autorizar toda clase de actos y contratos, cuyo valor no exceda de mil pesos ($ 1,000) y que no versen sobre compra ó venta de fincas raíces.
