Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los Decretos 2152 de 1992 y 150 de 1998, los artículos 4º al 11 de la Ley 300 de 1996, artículo 50 de la Ley 81 de 1988, Decretos 2422 y 2423 de 1997 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
