Artículo Segundo. El porcentaje autorizado para gastos de administración de las Cajas deberán deducirse exclusivamente del cuatro por ciento (4%) de la nómina mensual de salarios destinados al Subsidio Familiar.

Parágrafo

Los aportes que correspondan al Servicio nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, por concepto del medio por ciento (1/2 %) de los sueldos y jornales mensualmente le remesan la Nación , los Departamentos, los Municipios, el Distrito Especial de Bogotá y las Intendencias y Comisarías, señalados en los artículos 2º. De la Ley 58 de 1963 y en el numeral 1º. Del artículo 21 del Decreto 3123 de 1968, no podrán utilizarse para cubrir gastos de administración de las Cajas.
