-1. Régimen de transición para el impuesto a los dividendos. Lo previsto en los artículos 242, 245, 246, 342, 343 de este Estatuto y demás normas concordantes solo será aplicable a los dividendos que se repartan con cargo a utilidades generadas a partir del año gravable 2017.
