De la posibilidad de crear dependencias . En los estatutos de las instituciones del subsector privado del sistema de salud podrá preverse que ellas desarrollen sus actividades en sede o sedes distintas de la señalada como domicilio legal. Las mencionadas sedes deberán reunir los requisitos previstos en las normas legales para la clase de servicios que presten. (Artículo 36 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
