Art. 11. Los empresarios de navegación fluvial y transporte terrestre exigirán del remitente de mercaderías extranjeras la guía correspondiente como requisito previo indispensable para su conducción. Siempre que se haga conocimiento de embarque ó carta de porte, el interesado acompañará la guía aduanera al ejemplar destinado al cumplido.
