ARTICULO 19,. El pago del subsidio se hará ordinariamente al padre trabajador pero las Cajas de Compensación podrán disponer, cuando a su juicio sea más conveniente, que en determinados casos sea pagado a la esposa del trabajador, a la madre natural, o a otra persona que ofrezca mejores seguridades respecto del empleo del subsidio.
