º. Reglas sobre representantes no gubernamentales. Los representantes de los intermediarios, inversionistas institucionales y emisores, privados a que se refieren los artículos 2°, 3° y 5° del presente Decreto no son funcionarios públicos. Sus actuaciones en las reuniones del Comité se considerarán hechas en interés del grupo que representan, exclusivamente. Para el desempeño de sus cargos, deberán posesionarse ante el Superintendente de Valores, quien podrá objetar la respectiva designación si existen causas justificadas para ello.
