De los procesos a que den lugar tales infracciones conocerán las autoridades penales comunes, según las reglas generales sobre competencias, y en el sumario como en el juzgamiento se observarán los trámites establecidos por el Código de Procedimiento Criminal, sin ninguna especialidad, salvo la que se indica en el artículo siguiente.
