En el caso de recompra de tierras previsto en el numeral 3º del artículo cuarto de la Ley 302 de 1996, la compra y adjudicación de los predios correspondientes la efectuará el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, mediante contrato de mandato que para este efecto suscriba con el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Las operaciones de compra y adjudicación se realizarán en los términos y condiciones que establezca la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Solidaridad Agropecuario.
