Auxiliase la fundación de un colegio de segunda enseñanza para varones en el Municipio de Pitalito, en el Departamento del Huila, con la cesión de un terreno de cinco (5) hectáreas, de propiedad de la Nación, situado en la localidad de Solarte del referido Municipio.
