Elección de los Representantes de las Asociaciones de Pequeños Productores de Frutas y Hortalizas . Los dos representantes de las Asociaciones de Pequeños Productores de Frutas y Hortalizas, serán elegidos por los representantes legales de las respectivas asociaciones gremiales del subsector hortifrutícola, para un período de dos (2) años, por mayoría absoluta de votos, en reunión que para el efecto convocará el Viceministro de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Pesquero del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Estos representantes podrán ser reelegidos.
