La solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica se acompañará con los siguientes documentos

a)

Acta de constitución;

b)

Texto de los estatutos;

c)

Certificación de existencia y representación legal de la empresa en donde trabajan los fundadores;

d)

Constancia del carácter de empleados de los fundadores, expedida por la respectiva empresa;

e)

Certificado de pago del veinticinco por ciento (25%) de loS aportes suscritos por los socios fundadores.
