º El Gobierno, con sujeción a los mismos requisitos establecidos por el artículo de esta Ley, podrá adoptar y modificar una lista de mercancías cuya importación requiera licencia previa de la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones .

Parágrafo

Entre tanto, seguirá en vigencia la lista señalada por el artículo 4º del Decreto 0112 de 1957 y las disposiciones reformatorias del mismo.
