Los empleados que omitan la relación ó envio oportuno previsto en los numerales 5.°, 6.°, 7.° y 8.° del artículo 2.° pagarán á la caja del Montepío la multa de diez pesos oro en cada caso, sin perjuicio de las penas legales que puedan corresponsales.
