El Gobierno Nacional acometerá por cuenta de la Nación la construcción inmediata y terminación rápida de la obra del alcantarillado para la ciudad de Ríonegro (A.) así como la pavimentación de su plaza principal y sus calles, empezando esta pavimentación por las vías que conecten la carretera Medellín-Sonsón, con la de Cocorná, que tocan el perímetro urbano de dicha ciudad.
