Deberes de los beneficiarios. Los beneficiarios del Fondo se comprometen a cumplir las siguientes obligaciones

Cumplir cabalmente todas las obligaciones definidas en el presente decreto y en el reglamento operativo del Fondo.

Cumplir con los requisitos de legalización, renovación y condonación del crédito dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Realizar un trabajo comunitario que impacte al pueblo o comunidad indígena a la cual pertenece, el cual deberá cumplir con las condiciones que se establezcan en el reglamento operativo del Fondo.
