º . Definición. Se entiende por redescuento de contratos de leasing toda operación en virtud de la cual una de las entidades de redescuento señaladas en el artículo anterior, entrega recursos a una compañía de financiamiento comercial para que esta financie operaciones de leasing. Lo anterior, a cambio de la suscripción de pagarés en blanco con carta de instrucciones o a través de la cesión condicionada de los cánones de arrendamiento derivados de los contratos de leasing redescontados.
