Además de las inversiones autorizadas en el artículo 1º del Decreto 1102 de 1978, los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión también podrán adquirir derechos de los Fondos de Valores administrados por las Sociedades Comisionistas de Bolsa. La Superintendencia Bancaria, previo concepto de la Comisión Nacional de Valores, podrá autorizar a los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión para invertir en nuevos documentos que se ofrezcan en el mercado público de valores.
