En cada Facultad o Escuela habrá un Consejo de Estudiantes, formado por tantos miembros cuantos correspondan a cada año de estudio de la respectiva Facultad o Escuela. Los estudiantes de cada año de estudio elegirán por mayoría de votos los miembros que les corresponden en el Consejo Estudiantil de la respectiva facultad.

Los Consejos Estudiantiles reunidos constituyen la Asamblea Universitaria que elige los dos miembros que corresponden a los estudiantes en el Consejo Directivo de la Universidad.
