Decreto 1352 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 21 de 1985

El intermediario financiero podrá solicitar, cuando ocurran prórrogas, refinanciación y subrogación de créditos garantizados, la renovación o actualización de la garantía, presentando ante el Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías los documentos que se exijan conforme a la reglamentación que éste expida para tal efecto.

Parágrafo

La comisión prevista en el artículo 4º se cobrará con ocasión de operaciones que se prorroguen, refinancien o subroguen.
