ARTICULO 2.3.1.53.- CITACIONES A SORTEOS. Los tenedores de bonos podrán presenciar el sorteo; para tal efecto, la sociedad emisora deberá citarlos con no menos de quince días hábiles de antelación por medio de un aviso publicado en el diario señalado en el prospecto, con la indicación del día, hora y lugar en que habrá de realizarse.
