Obligatoriedad, prestación servicio. El Suboficial que ingrese al escalafón de Oficiales después de haber cursado estudios en comisión del servio o en la correspondiente Escuela de formación, tendrá la obligación de servir en la nueva jerarquía por un tiempo igual al doble del que hubiere durado la comisión.
