Artículo primero. La Comisión para la Reforma de la Administración Pública, creada por Decreto número 0663 de marzo 4 de 1954, quedará integrada así: tres miembros nombrados por el Presidente de la República, dos de los cuales deberán ser Ministros del Despacho, el Director Nacional del Presupuesto, el Contralor General de la República y el Director Ejecutivo del Comité Nacional de Planeación.
