Régimen de transición . Para efectos del incentivo establecido en el artículo 14 del presente decreto, los programas de formación para el trabajo que se encuentren reconocidos por el SENA para obtener los beneficios del contrato de aprendizaje o evaluados para contratar en el marco del Programa de Jóvenes en Acción, obtendrán una certificación transitoria hasta junio de 2008.
