Reparto . Los Procuradores Judiciales Penales que intervienen ante el Tribunal Nacional, la Sala Penal de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, la Sala Disciplinaria de los Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura, los Jueces Regionales, Penales y Promiscuos del Circuito y las Unidades de Fiscalía y Policía Judicial que actúan ante las mismas, y los Personeros Municipales, asistirán y vigilarán la asignación y el reparto de los asuntos de competencia de las respectivas Corporaciones, Juzgados y Unidades ante quienes actúan, para los efectos legales correspondientes.
