Acredítensele: 1.° Las partidas que no se le hayan acreditado por error u omision: 2.° Las libranzas procedentes de derechos de esplotacion de bosques que no se le han acreditado, aunque algunas no hubiesen sido cubiertas por consecuencia de la lei de 6 de abril de 1870 que suprimió los derechos do esplotacion de bosques; 3.° El valor en que se remató en la Tesorería jeneral la renta sobre el Tesoro que consignó para asegurar su manejo; i 4.° Las partidas que las comisiones legislativas han manifestado que se deben acreditar, cuyos informes so tendrán presentes en todo caso.
