Artículo séptimo. Los contratos de compraventa de inmuebles celebrados entre la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros y la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, a que se refiere el Decreto 2784 de 18 de septiembre del corriente año, se regirán por las normas consagradas en sus respectivos estatutos.
