Artículo X . El presente Protocolo no podrá ser objeto de reservas, pero todo Estado podrá declarar en cualquier momento, por notificación dirigida al Gobierno de la República Popular Polaca, que el Convenio, en la forma modificada por el presente Protocolo, no se aplicará al transporte de personas, mercancías y equipaje por sus autoridades militares, en las aeronaves matriculadas en tal Estado y cuya capacidad total haya sido reservada por tales autoridades o por cuenta de las mismas.
