Art. 11. El jefe de una oficina de hacienda que despues de recaudada una suma en billetes no la remita a la tesorería jeneral para la incineración, por el inmediato correo, o dentro del tercero dia, si la oficina estuviere en la capital, será apercibido por la tesorería por la primera falta. En caso de reincidencia se dará cuenta al poder ejecutivo para la remoción del responsable.
