Si las solicitudes hubieren sido publicadas al entrar en vigencia este Decreto, pero aún no se hubiere efectuado el registro, el peticionario señalará la clase o clases correspondientes a la nueva clasificación. Si la clase o clases hubieren sido correctamente señaladas, la División de Propiedad Industrial procederá a efectuar tantos registros como fueren del caso, sin necesidad de nueva publicación.
