Las preparaciones farmacéuticas a que se refieren los numerales 623 y 624 de la Tarifa de Aduanas ( Ley 117 de 1913 ), deben presentarse en las Aduanas u Oficinas de Encomiendas Postales en los frascos, botellas o empaques en que se acostumbra darlos a la venta en las farmacias o lugares de expendio, y los rótulos deben estar adheridos a los respectivos envases.
