CERTIFICADO DE DEFUNCION EN CASO DE AUTOPSIA. Cuando haya existido atención médica, el facultativo tratante deberá ser quien, salvo causa de fuerza mayor, expida el certificado; en caso de autopsia, debe ser el médico que la practique quien prevalentemente expida el certificado.
