Para sueldos del personal, alimentación y gastos varios de la Escuela Normal de Señoritas, de Cali, se distribuyen las siguientes partidas apropiadas en el Presupuesto Nacional vigente, así:

Capítulo 76, artículo 979:

Sueldos en doce meses, enero a diciembre:

Parágrafo

La partida de $ 10.000 que debe aportar el Departamento del Valle, será distribuida por resolución del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, destinándola a cubrir los demás gastos de sostenimiento del plantel.
