Los Guardaparques enviarán mensualmente al Ministerio de Guerra copia del cuadro del movimiento de elementos de guerra á que se refiere el artículo 8º. El cual será examinado por el mencionado Ministerio, comparándolo al efecto con el libro respectivo y haciendo las observaciones que crea conveniente.
