Cuando La Solicitud Se Refiera A La Apertura De Créditos Extraordinarios Para Atender A Gastos No Previstos En El Presupuesto, El Ministro O Jefe De Departamento Informará Sobre Lo Siguiente: 1

Cuando la solicitud se refiera a la apertura de créditos extraordinarios para atender a gastos no previstos en el Presupuesto, el Ministro o Jefe de Departamento informará sobre lo siguiente

Ley que autoriza el gasto que se desea incluir en el Presupuesto, o sentencia que reconoció el crédito judicial;

La cantidad que se requiera para el gasto;

Las razones de urgencia o de conveniencia que hagan aconsejable la apertura del crédito, y

Los recursos que estime puedan utilizarse para los nuevos gastos.
